Le Chaîne de transmission est une structure de transmission très critique dans les équipements mécaniques, qui affecte les performances de travail et la durée de vie de l'équipement. Il est donc très nécessaire d’entretenir la chaîne en temps ordinaire.

1. Le sprocket should be installed on the shaft without skew or swing. The end faces of the two sprockets in the same assembly should be in the same plane. When the center distance of the sprocket is less than 0.5 meters, the allowable deviation is 1 mm; when the center distance of the sprocket is more than 0.5 meters, the allowable deviation is 2 mm. However, it is not allowed to rub the side of the sprocket tooth. If the two-wheel knitting is too large, it will easily cause chain disconnection and accelerated wear. When replacing the sprocket, check and adjust the offset.
2. Le tightness of the chain should be appropriate. Too tight increases power consumption and bearings are easy to wear; too loose chain is easy to jump and fall off. The tightness of the chain is: lifted or pressed down from the middle of the chain, the center distance between the two sprockets is about 2%-3%.
3. Le chain is too long or stretched after use, and it is difficult to adjust. You can remove the chain-link depending on the situation, but it must be an even number. The chain link should pass through the back of the chain , the lock piece should be inserted outside, and the opening of the lock piece should face the opposite direction of rotation.
4. Une fois le pignon fortement usé, le nouveau pignon et la nouvelle chaîne doivent être remplacés en même temps pour assurer un bon engrènement. Il n’est pas possible de remplacer simplement une nouvelle chaîne ou un nouveau pignon. Sinon, cela entraînerait un mauvais engrènement et accélérerait l’usure de la nouvelle chaîne ou du nouveau pignon. Lorsque la surface des dents du pignon s'use dans une certaine mesure, elle doit être retournée et utilisée à temps (en référence au pignon utilisé avec une surface réglable).
